In 2020, I launched a weekly newsletter, and one season of a podcast, called, At The End Of the Day. I wrote it until 2023. It’s still on Substack but I’m not currently updating.
I wrote about navigating pandemic life but also about the perennial and ever-more prominent issue of how to maintain healthy, fun, life-giving relationships. As my friend Al Etmanski has written, “A caring relationship is the building block of democracy.”
I’m always on the fence about starting up this newsletter again. Should I?
